Honestly for a dive bar bathroom this isn't bad, however, held to the standards of all other bathrooms in other establishments, this can't be any higher than a 2. It looks grungier than it is, that doesn't mean the floors aren't still nasty and you probably don't want to touch anything other than the necessities. No air dryer is awesome. No urinal. One person at a time.
