Awful experience. There was a code on the door, so you can't just go if you need to. I had to get an employee to let me in, but she didn't give me the code, instead punching me in. All of that sucks, but you'd assume at this point the controls they have in place would mean the restroom is nice. Nope, smelt nasty, stuff all over the floor, nasty unflushed toilet. Restroom to Ross is just an afterthought, don't use this one.
