Bizarre Experience

Rough looking bathroom, and the urinal had a strange fishy odor. Curiously enough though, there was a locked door to the handicap stall. The light was off when I entered so after calling out and knocking I decided to investigate. There was a hidden subrestroom, with it's own sink and handwashing station hidden in the handicap stall. Very strange.
