The Barnes and Noble is awesome, big, clean, bright. On the front door though, they have "we dont have a restroom sign", then at the restrooms they tell you to go use Michael's restrooms nextdoor. Michael's restrooms were also closed when I went on 3/29. On top of that, they had keypads to get into the restroom. Nasty experience at an otherwise awesome store.
